Understanding Your Brain

Creating a Life That Works

About Me

Samantha Runnion has worked in the mental health field for 19 years, supporting individuals through challenges, transitions, and personal growth. Her work has centered on helping people better understand themselves while building practical tools for everyday life.

In 2024, Samantha was diagnosed with ADHD. This experience led to a deeper personal and professional interest in understanding how ADHD affects focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. It also expanded her perspective, allowing her to connect with clients from both a clinical and lived-experience lens.

She is currently participating in ADD Coach Academy’s (ADDCA) ADHD and Life Coaching program, with the goal of becoming certified in both ADHD Coaching and Life Coaching by the end of 2026. Her coaching approach blends her extensive background as a therapist with ADHD-specific training, offering support that is both compassionate and practical.

Samantha focuses on helping clients understand how their brain works, reduce overwhelm, and develop strategies that support real, sustainable change. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people understand themselves more clearly, they are better able to create a life that truly works for them.

Services Provided

Samantha Runnion is currently completing advanced training in ADHD and Life Coaching through ADDCA. Beginning in May 2026, she will be offering a limited number of coaching spots at a reduced rate as part of her certification process.

These sessions are structured and goal-focused, providing practical support in areas such as organization, follow-through, and executive functioning. This is a valuable opportunity to experience ADHD coaching while she completes her final training hours.

Please note that these are coaching sessions (not therapy) and are designed to focus on strategies, accountability, and skill-building.
